We’re looking for people who put their innovation to work to advance our success – and their own. Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

Our company is growing, and this role sits right at the center of that growth. You’ll play a critical part in getting projects approved, built, and delivered—working closely with engineers, project managers, and regulatory agencies. If you enjoy organization, coordination, and seeing your efforts directly support successful customer deliveries, this is a role where you can make a real impact and continue to grow your career.

What You Will Experience in this position:

In this role, you’ll be a key connector across engineering, project management, and regulatory partners:

  • Organize, track, review, and submit complete drawing packages to engineers (structural, electrical, mechanical, energy).

  • Manage submissions for building approvals and inspections through various State Modular Approval Programs.

  • Create state modular data plates and prepare required labels for application.

  • Maintain and reconcile state label inventory with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Support Project Managers by coordinating PE‑stamped drawings or state approvals and delivering them directly to customers.

  • Interpret drawings and calculations to ensure completeness, compliance documentation and submission readiness.

  • Collaborate closely with internal engineers, external engineering partners, consultants, and regulatory agencies.

  • Approve invoices and process check requests as needed.

YOU HAVE:

  • Associate’s degree (preferred) or 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role or industry.

  • Experience working with external certification bodies or regulatory agencies is a strong plus.

  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools in a professional setting.

  • Experience with ERP and Product Data Management (PDM) systems preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑growing, evolving environment.

WE HAVE:

  • A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day
