Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes affecting the industry.
- Develop strategies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement regulatory processes.
- Prepare and submit compliance documentation to regulatory bodies.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with regulations.
- Train staff on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Law, Business, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a regulatory or compliance role.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience conducting audits and preparing compliance reports.
Skills Required
- Bachelor of Engineering / Science
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Familiarity with standardization and regulatory processes
- Excellent English language skills
- Familiarity with RoHS, Reach, CMTR, California Prop.65 regulations
- Wide knowledge in EMC, Radio and Safety requirements
