JOB SUMMARY
Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Regional Vice President, Operations (RVP) to direct and lead Regional and/or Center operations (production and administrative) of the assigned Region(s) by establishing and maintaining company goals and standards for performance, growth and customer service through activities and services to support and measure the success of individual centers and the overall region. The Regional Vice President will also Provide direction and leadership to ensure all Caliber locations to include acquired, Brownfields and Greenfields are fully operational and integrated to the Caliber culture, Identify, analyze & correct negative business trends using tools such as monthly Scorecard reviews and S.M.A.R.T. action plans for General Manager’s to address systemic and tactical issues and resolve center customer & client opportunities in a timely manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide direction and leadership to ensure all Caliber locations to include acquired, Brownfields and Greenfields are fully operational and integrated into the Caliber culture.
- Provide clear expectations and necessary tools, training & information for each Center Manager
- Ensure all steps in the Owner’s Manual are understood, implemented, and consistently applied
- Establish specific performance metrics and hold CMs accountable through feedback & timely reviews
- Recognize and reward good performance through timely and specific feedback; encourage teammate professional growth & career development
- Identify, analyze & correct negative business trends using tools such as monthly Scorecard reviews and S.M.A.R.T. action plans for CMs to address systemic and tactical issues
- Resolve center customer & client opportunities in a timely manner
- Mitigate risk; recognize and proactively manage potential issues: Teammate, Safety, Client, Facility, etc.
- Develop “on the ground” relationships with potential acquisition and brownfield targets in support of the Chief Development Officer, including
- Source, grow and maintain regional client & dealership relationships; capitalize on market opportunities
- Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ Years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating
- Previous leadership experience required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Ability to travel throughout the market as needed
ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics
- Must have prior experience with CCC1
- Ability to report on financials a must.
- Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
