Responsibilities
- Identify and target prospective IMBs and mortgage lenders within your territory seeking to modernize mortgage operations
- Challenge prospects to consider nCino Mortgage Suite's cloud-based platform for loan origination and closing automation
- Drive opportunities through qualification and closure while maintaining pipeline to exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
- Develop strong nCino brand presence by positioning our mortgage solution's workflow automation and digital closing capabilities
- Use consultative approach to identify operational challenges and demonstrate nCino Mortgage productivity gains and efficiency improvements
- Manage complex sales cycles by mapping decision-making processes, compressing timelines, and closing business
- Identify prospect "mobilizers" and build consensus among loan officers, operations managers, and IT leaders
- Work with inside sales and marketing to drive consistent messaging around mortgage digital transformation
- Expand nCino presence with existing clients through relationship management and Customer Success partnership
- Sell newly released nCino Mortgage products and enhancements to existing customers
Qualifications
Required:
- Must be located in California
- Experience working with Independent Mortgage Banks
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years of experience or combination experience, education, & superior performance
- Strong professional background with consistent record of excellence
- Demonstrated ability to challenge executive decision makers, build consensus with client executives, and sell to the C-suite
- Strong listening skills and impeccable verbal and written communication ability; able to demonstrate software solutions onsite with client or via virtual meetings
- History of success in collaborative work environment; demonstrable ability to partner with nCino team members from product, sales, professional services, support, finance and others as required to accomplish sales goals and customer success
- Ability to travel to client locations within the United States as required to accomplish and exceed goals

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The base salary range for this job is:
