What you'll be doing
- You'll manage and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales quotas.
- You'll take ownership of the sales process, developing and implementing best practices to maximize performance and achieve our revenue targets.
- You'll build a transparent KPI framework and leverage tools like Salesforce and Clari to monitor team performance, forecast accurately, and make data-driven decisions.
- You'll be passionate about recruiting, retaining, and developing top-tier sales talent, building an internal pipeline of future leaders.
- You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including revenue operations, marketing, and field engineering, to execute against the GTM strategy.
What we are looking for
- 10+ years’ experience in sales development/inside sales or sales in the Enterprise Software space, preferably in SaaS and the cloud data ecosystem.
- 3+ years of people leader/management experience. You will have proven experience of inspiring, motivating and building high performing sales teams.
- Experience managing a central US territory/region. You will also be located within the central US time zone.
- Proven experience with Salesforce, marketing operations and sales enablement tools, and outreach software to drive revenue performance.
- Thrive working in a complex, innovative, changing environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build deep and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
