Measuring Training Effectiveness
- Identify competency gaps – product knowledge, process knowledge, functional skills, customer experience for assigned manpower and work towards closing gaps through training
- Conduct role-plays, OJTs, audits and assessments of the assigned manpower (Pre-training and Post training effectiveness)
Training MIS and Database Management
- Preparation of Training Calendar coordinating with Regional and SHQ stakeholders as per std format
- Submit training coverage reports, assessment reports, audit reports and analysis as per std formats
- Engineer Preferred (BE/B.Tech) – with min 3 years of relevant experience in Training, Adult Learning & Development
- Graduate – with min 5 years of relevant experience in Training, Adult Learning & Development
- The incumbent is expected to deliver trainings at various locations for following participants – Dealer Internal Training Leads (Sales Coach), Dealer Front-end Sales Manpower and other critical profiles
- Complete the Man days of training
- Compile and Present Training Reports and tracking Training Effectiveness through Periodic Audits
- Ensure that training coverage is in line with KPIs and Training Need Analysis
- Basic & Advanced Automotive Technology
- Automotive retail process knowledge
- Knowledge of Automotive Allied Businesses (Insurance, Finance and Used Car Business etc)
- General awareness of Indian Auto Industry (Size, Players, Segments, Products, Market Share)
