Regional Training Coordinator

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time

Description of role:

  • Coordinate the Training activities as per related procedure / instruction in the DMS TREX.
  • Ensure application of Company procedures / policies within the process.
  • Ensure development of required skills within the process in order to comply with Company procedures and quality standards.
  • Identify training needs within the process for knowledge, performance, skill development and enhancement.
  • Application and fulfilment of the requirements of Company training policy.
  • Identify the requirements for improvement of efficiency and performance of relevant training activities within the process.
  • Organize a professional working environment in the process.
  • Ensure that all training references are last updated version.
  • Coordinate for a back-up copy of training references.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.
