What this role is all about

As a Regional Telecom Growth Lead, you will drive the growth of telecom-focused revenue streams across your assigned region by combining industry expertise, strategic thinking, and close cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with HQ Telecom Growth Leads, Revenue teams, Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams to customize and execute go-to-market strategies for SaaS, CPaaS, services, and emerging technology solutions sold to and through telecoms. Acting as a regional telecom industry expert, you will stay closely connected to market trends, customer challenges, and competitive developments while identifying opportunities to strengthen Infobip’s position with telecom operators as customers, partners, and suppliers. Alongside regional telecom growth responsibilities, you will also continue to manage a smaller operational region as an OP Manager.

What you’ll do

  • Drive the rollout of regional telecom go-to-market strategies for SaaS, CPaaS, services, and emerging technology revenue streams in collaboration with HQ Telecom Growth Leads
  • Monitor telecom industry trends, CX transformation initiatives, and competitive developments to build regional market insights and identify growth opportunities
  • Contribute to telecom-focused go-to-market planning in key regions and countries with the goal of improving pipeline growth, sales velocity, and win rates
  • Define and execute solution and sales initiatives together with Revenue, Product, and Marketing teams to increase adoption of telecom-focused offerings
  • Coordinate regional sales, cross-sell, upsell, and marketing initiatives aimed at growing telecom-related revenue streams and achieving business targets
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within telecom-focused sales communities across the region through aligned frameworks and initiatives
  • Represent Infobip in telecom industry events, associations, and customer engagements while promoting telecom CX transformation initiatives
  • Analyze telecom customer and partner use cases, revenue streams, market feedback, and lost opportunities to support continuous improvement of the telecom consultancy offering
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships teams to identify gaps, optimize offers, and explore high-potential telecom opportunities in regional markets
  • Participate in strategic account planning sessions with cross-functional teams supporting key telecom accounts
  • Track telecom sales opportunities and pipeline performance while identifying process improvements that support stronger business results
  • Identify and develop strategically important telecom opportunities across the assigned sub-region
  • Lead and coordinate telecom sales processes from opportunity identification through deployment and commercial activation

What makes you a strong fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in telecom, SaaS, CPaaS, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or a related B2B technology environment
  • Understanding of telecom industry trends, customer engagement technologies, and go-to-market strategies
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Partnerships, or Revenue organizations
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, pipeline data, and business performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills in customer-facing and internal environments
  • Strategic mindset combined with an execution-focused approach to delivering business initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives across regional markets and work effectively in a fast-changing environment
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
