Regional Technical Specialist, Operations - Santa Ana, Costa Rica

As a Technical Operations Specialist, you’ll be the go-to guru for our agent’s tech needs. From optimizing business software to keeping our Agents operating top-notch, you’ll ensure everything runs like clockwork, with a dash of innovation and urgency. 

Role Responsibilities

  • As a Regional Operations Specialist, you’ll be the go-to guru for our tech needs 
  • From optimizing business applications, products and services to making sure to protect the business on a day to day basis.  
  • Tech Operations Master: Keep our business tools (WUPOS, RMO Platforms, Peripherals etc.) running like a dream, ensuring our sales team stay productive and happy and supporting our agents to minimize downtime and achieve operational excellency.
  • Data & System analytics support by observing trends when implementing new tech and products/solutions. 
  • Tech Support Hero: Solve day-to-day technical issues, whether it’s software woes, hardware failures or cloud service conundrums 
  • Front-End Fun: Support our robust agent landscape with basic hardware and troubleshooting systems. 
  • Network Support: Own and support our RMO only networks by establishing strong relationships with our partners and providing top notch support to ensure operability whilst working with partners to maximize per location production (volume and revenue).

Role Requirements

  • Tech-Savvy: You’re great with IT systems, cloud solutions, networking, and web hosting 
  • Soft Skills: Work with a diverse sales team and various agents with courtesy, professionalism and passionate dedication to help the region achieve our strategic goals and objectives.
  • Software Wizard: You know your way around business tools like PowerBI, ARC+, Snowflake, ServiceNow, SPLUNK and you can troubleshoot without breaking a sweat. 
  • Bonus Dev Skills: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—if you know them, you’re golden. 
  • Quick Study: New tech doesn’t intimidate you.
  • You love learning and mastering new tools.
