We are looking for a Regional Support Manager to lead our Product Performance for our most strategic customers. The RSM is responsible for the performance of our tools to satisfy the customer’s expectations, from new product introduction to high volume manufacturing adoption, in order to maximize our business growth

What you'll be doing:
- Develop and manage Customer relations, by maintaining a long term and consistent communication, building trust and confidence
- Partner with local account team on building strategic programs, field readiness and ensure flowless execution
- Business execution – Oversee and coordinate installations, maintenance and technical escalations.
- Communicate the customer high value problems and needs back to headquarters in order to improve and influence product road map
What you should have?
- 10 years’ experience in technical positions in the high-tech industry (Semiconductors – an advantage)
- 5 years of experience in customer facing position (preferred Asian customers)
- B.Sc. Engineering
- Strong interpersonal relationship
- Fast learner of new technical domains
- Independency, leadership and accountability
