Regional Supply planner EMEA, Global Operations

At GN, we offer an exciting opportunity to join our Regional Supply Planning team where you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of our Enterprise (Audio) and Gaming products to our customers across the EMEA region. From planning to distribution, you will manage all aspects of the process to meet customer demands and support our business growth.

The team you will be part of

As a Regional Supply Planner, you will manage a portfolio within our B2B business in the EMEA region working closely with a team of 4 other planners.

You will report directly to Cecilie Bidstrup Nielsen, the Planning Manager, and be an integral part of our Regional Supply Planning team based at our headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• create and manage regional supply build plan based on forecast
• manage product/material inventory level to optimize service levels and minimize working capital
• align between product demand & fulfillment and act as business partner advocate on product delivery dates and availability in collaboration with Flex regional planning, sales, demand planning and global supply planning

To perform well in the role, we imagine that

Also, you thrive doing analyses and consider yourself a creative problem solver who is capable of presenting new ideas to different business users.

Moreover, you:

• have experience with global or regional sales and operations planning (S&OP) - we use Maestro, or have worked in an ERP/MRP environment
• bring a degree in business or within a related field
• are skilled in MS Office, especially Excel, and you are familiar with working in an ERP system – D365
• speak and write English as you will deal with colleagues and collaborators in North America, China and the EMEA Region
