The Regional Tax Supervisor manages all aspects of state & local taxes including income, franchise, sales & use and property tax and supervises employees within the tax department in the region. This position identifies and implements state and local tax savings opportunities and participates in special projects in federal tax as well.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervises employees in the tax function in the Region as well as those in federal tax on special projects.
- Prepare and review all tax reporting and compliance in the Region (Ex. Income Tax, Federal, VAT, State, Local, etc).
- Prepare and supervise month end closing process (Income Tax accrual Deffered Income Tax Accrual)
- Prepare and supervise monthly Tax Submitions in the Region
- Manages the completion of accurate tax returns in order to minimize tax liabilities.
- Prepares budgets and provisions for taxes.
- Manages/Supervise all tax audits in the Region (Tax Authority, Internal Audit or External Accounting Audit).
- Manages/Supervise Transfer Pricing Returns in the Region.
- Provide general tax support to business units.
- Identifies and implements tax saving opportunities.
- Participate in meeting with Corporate Tax Department
- Other projects/duties as assigned or needed.

Education:
- Bachelors-Accounting or Finance - Completed
- Masters Degree - Desired.
- English - advanced - required
