What You'll Do
- Own the P&L of the stores within scope, conducting profitability analysis to continuously improve performance.
- Monitor and optimize retail performance through clear KPIs and structured performance review cycles.
- Propose commercial initiatives to enhance sales.
- Lead regional harmonization of best practices in retail operations.
- Take accountability for performance and coordinate with outsourcing agencies and the Recruitment function to ensure staffing needs are met.
- Shape and manage high-performing teams across your region, including recruitment, coaching, evaluation, and people development.
- Ensure consistent product and operational training is delivered across all stores within your scope.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with the central team to set up workshops and development plans.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints, driving customer satisfaction.
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a regional or multi-store retail management role, with direct responsibility for store operations and performance
- Strong hands-on background in operational retail management, including store supervision, training, and compliance
- Strong coaching skills with the ability to take tough decisions and deliver direct feedback
- High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability in a fast-paced retail environment
- Fluent in both German and English
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (approximately 50%) to visit stores across the region, while still reporting to our Frankfurt office
