Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities of a Sourcing Manager

1. Monthly Plan for deliverables 

2. Client Indent fulfillment 

3. Creation of Sourcing Avenues

4. Ensure Interview quorum 

5. Acquiring / Managing Sourcing Channel Partners

6. Candidate Assessment Quality improving in achieving 1.8 : 1 ratio for turn-up to Selection

7. Client Account Management, Account Mining

8. Team Management

9. MIS & Daily Reports

10. TMI Process Adherence Including DAR, KAR, TAPME, etc.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

Knowledge : Complete Sourcing Cycle, Recruitment Process, Billing cycle

Skills : Candidate attraction techniques, Client management skills, Partner / Vendor Management 

Attitude : Target orientation, Number driven, Systems & Process orientation, Positive thinking, Team orientation, learning attitude

Eligibility:

 minimum of 3 years of related experience is Recruitment required

Vernacular Requirements: 

Should be conversant in English and Hindi. Knowledge of an additional regional language will be a definite plus

Computer Skills: 

Proficiency required in , Emails and worksheets

· A university degree
