Job Description

Position Overview

The Regional Site Partnership Associate plays a key role in expanding Milestone One’s network of clinical research sites across the United States.
This role combines strategic business understanding with relationship development, focusing on identifying and engaging healthcare providers to join our growing network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, build, and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare providers (private specialty clinics, small and mid-sized regional health centers).
  • Collaborate with the Site Partnership Manager to expand Milestone One’s presence and build regional networks aligned with company strategy.
  • Actively promote MO1’s brand and value proposition through outreach, relationship management, and participation in industry events.
  • Conduct targeted outreach (on-going cold callings, virtual meetings, on-site visits) to engage decision-makers and present MO1’s model and services.
  • Represent Milestone One at regional and national medical or pharmaceutical conferences as required.

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; a background in Life Sciences or a related field is a plus.

Experience & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management involving medical institutions or clinical research sites.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the clinical trials or healthcare industry (preferred).
  • Strong ability to understand and translate business strategy and operational processes into clear, impactful communication for stakeholders and prospective partners.
  • Demonstrated success in building trust-based relationships with clients, partners, or site representatives.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to balance independent work with collaborative team goals.
  • Solid understanding of the clinical trial process, site requirements, and regulatory context.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and online research.
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B).
