At Ascom, we develop technology that truly makes a difference. Our solutions support healthcare professionals worldwide in delivering safe and efficient care. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Regional Segment Manager who can translate market insights into scalable solutions and strengthen our position across the region.

In this role, you act as the linking pin between market needs, sales, and solution development—driving segment strategy, thought leadership, and business growth.

Your role

As a Regional Segment Manager, you are responsible for shaping and executing the strategy for your segment within the region. You combine market intelligence with customer insights to define clear value propositions and drive business cases that support sustainable growth.

You work closely with Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales, and Product Management to position our solutions effectively in the market. You influence without formal authority, connecting stakeholders across countries and functions to ensure alignment and impact.

You play a key role in strengthening our regional capabilities by enabling teams with the right tools, knowledge, and messaging to succeed in their segment.

You will be part of the Regional Solutions Team, which empowers the region to achieve consistent success by providing scalable, repeatable solutions that enhance customer value and accelerate time-to-market. Through standardized building blocks, clear value propositions, and strong cross-functional collaboration, the team enables countries to sell with confidence, deliver with precision, and drive sustainable growth.

  • Help shape future solutions based on real customer insights

Enablement & capability building

  • Ensure regional and local teams are equipped with the right knowledge and tools

  • Support the development of skills within Sales, Pre-sales, and Service teams

  • Drive consistency through shared playbooks and best practices

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in a relevant segment and/or in healthcare, IT, telecom, or software

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment

  • Experience in stakeholder management and influencing without direct authority

  • Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), Dutch is preferred

You are proactive, structured, and able to navigate complex environments. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoy working in an international and collaborative setting.

  • A key role in a growing and socially impactful organization

  • Competitive salary ranging between EUR 85,000 - 100,000 per year, including holiday allowance
