  • Deliver customer training (including IAMQC software), troubleshooting, and application support in English or local languages where possible.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and coordinate with Technical Services to resolve issues.
  • Ensure proactive follow‑up on technical and customer communications.

Continuous Improvement & Leadership

  • Find opportunities to streamline processes and enhance commercial effectiveness.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge through professional development.
  • Represent LGC in a way that reinforces our credibility, expertise, and customer partnership ethos.
  • Provide monthly updates to the leadership team, including active projects and future pipeline opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

  • 10+ years’ commercial experience in the IVD industry with a strong background in sales growth and key account management.
  • Deep technical expertise in automated biochemistry and immunochemistry platforms, assay architecture, and lab workflow optimisation.
  • Ability to quickly master complex diagnostic product portfolios.
  • Solid understanding of third‑party QC materials and application of ISO 15189 quality principles.
  • Experience leading and navigating government and private tender processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
