Job Responsibilities:
I. Develop and expand RAPAC dealerships
1. Develop, evaluate, and select qualified regional dealers while building the complete RAPAC dealer network for HT and CHE products. Focus on recruiting new dedicated dealers and expanding or strengthening existing ones, driving market expansion across all assigned countries and supporting them to achieve sustainable sales success.
II. Manage dealer performance
1. Leverage local market insights and resources to strengthen brand presence, accelerate regional growth, and support dealer development.
2. Manage dealer performance to ensure sales, service, and compliance targets are met, while regularly reporting on network expansion and pipeline progress.
3. Build and maintain strong dealer relationships through regular visits, joint business planning, and continuous operational support.
III. Strategy alignment
1. Collaborate with global teams in marketing, product, and operations to ensure aligned growth strategies.
2. Provide continuous market insights on competitors, customer needs, pricing, and business risks.
