About the Role
As a Regional Sales Operations, you will act as the operational backbone for regional field teams, ensuring processes are well-structured, executed effectively, and supported by strong data management practices. You will work closely with sales and national support teams to improve operational efficiency, support business scaling, and drive consistent execution across the region.
This role involves leading regional operational initiatives, strengthening reporting and analytics, and ensuring smooth coordination across sales activities, asset management, and administrative processes to enable better decision-making and performance.
What You Will Do
- Compile and deliver concise weekly and monthly summary reports covering regional, district, area, sub-area, and individual sales performance, operational highlights, key metrics, and emerging issues.
- Ensure reports provide actionable insights, demo asset utilization status, market and territory saturation, monthly transacting outlet and nondaily deduction device (NDD) updates, area penetration, turnover ratios, performance data, and hiring pipeline status.
- Maintain a dynamic regional dashboard, analyze key performance metrics, and offer actionable recommendations to guide data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee the delivery cycle of devices and assets, coordinating closely with logistics partners by proactively tracking delivery statuses, resolving delays or discrepancies, and confirming receipt by intended recipients. Schedule and perform regular audits to support loss prevention and device condition monitoring.
- Support merchant onboarding processes (e.g., ID checks, master outlet tracking, multi-acquirer verification, login and discrepancy checks).
- Manage the sales CRM, ensuring updates for customer data, sales activities, documentation, track leads, deals, and subscription renewals to support pipeline management.
- Oversee sales onboarding paperwork, including data changes and multi-outlet onboarding. Manage documentation for contracts, tax invoicing, and related materials.
- Serve as a first point of contact for sales team escalations regarding operational or administrative matters.
- Facilitate customer onboarding and resolve QRIS registration or device deployment issues.
What You Will Need
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in sales, sales operations and data analysis or other similar roles which help drive and increase the efficiency of the sales team, which helps improve sales productivity
- High attention to detail and ownership and ready to help the sales team whenever they need operational help
- Really good at advanced Microsoft excel, Google sheets, Data visualisation tools Looker studio and also has basic level SQL query knowledge
- Good knowledge of creating good operational SOPs and automating manual processes in a fast paced scenario as we try to grow our sales teams
