Job Description:

In this role, you will play an integral part in our mission to deliver outstanding service and grow our Agents/Agencies within our full portfolio of products, with an emphasis on Medicare and ACA.


Key Responsibilities:

· Recruitment and Resource Management: As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for tactically managing all available resources and opportunities in your market, to achieve recruitment goals.

· Field Sales Support: Your role will involve providing support to all external field sales agents and agencies within your designated market. This includes broker engagement, training, and meeting national sales and operational objectives with each carrier.

· Strategic Planning: You will be required to develop comprehensive external recruitment, market engagement, and sales strategies while collaborating with carriers and the Plan Advisors leadership team. Create persuasive marketing collateral and materials showcasing the value proposition of our MA and ACA products for Agents/Agencies tailoring messaging to highlight competitive advantages and address the unique needs of potential partners. Additionally, you will work closely with your team to ensure consistent, high-quality agent experience across all markets.

· Carrier Engagement: Your active involvement in attending carrier events is crucial. It's an opportunity to engage and demonstrate support for pertinent carriers in your market while cultivating relationships with carrier representatives across the country.

· Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Effective collaboration with other internal and external departments is essential. This will include working closely with our BSU department and Program Managers to address broker escalations, commissions issues, and to meet overall organizational goals. You will work with the Marketing, Contracting and Ops teams to ensure the overall support experience runs smoothly and efficiently for all new partners.

· System and Platform Expertise: You will become the subject matter expert (SME) within our systems and platforms, including Sales Force, Medicare Center, Health Sherpa, the broker portal, and more. Additionally, you will implement tracking mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in Agent/Agency recruitment. Analyze data and feedback to continually optimize strategies and improve conversion rates. Your mission is to ensure that agencies have access to top-quality reporting, training, resources, leads, and marketing materials.

· Professional Representation: As a market representative of Plan Advisors, you will uphold the highest standards of professionalism and respect in all interactions, both within the organization and in external engagements.


Qualifications:


· Sales Experience: We seek candidates with a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience with an understanding of the Medicare Advantage and ACA markets, including knowledge of compliance, market trends, and competitor activities.

· Insurance Licensing: Active Florida Health & Life Insurance licenses or the ability to obtain them within 60 days of hiring is a prerequisite for this role.

· Presentation Skills: Successful candidates will have prior experience with public speaking and presentations, or a willingness to learn.

· Technology Proficiency: Prior experience using SalesForce, Sales/Marketing Resources, and Microsoft Office with proficiency is essential for success in this role.
