About the Role:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales activities within a specific region. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve commercial goals and objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve commercial goals within the region
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop and execute marketing plans
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote products and services
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecast to the management
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competition
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
- This role will require 40-50% travel to local dealers in the states of Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Colorado

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
