Installs decals on truck bodies according to schematics and customer specifications. Responsibilities include cleaning and prepping surfaces, measuring, using decal installation and hand or power tools, following work orders, maintaining a safe and organized work area, and meeting safety, quality, and delivery standards. Training is provided, and prior manufacturing experience is not required.

Lead and manage multiple custom design projects using CAD to create drawings and BOMs, ensure compliance with FMVSS, support production and vendors, resolve fabrication/assembly issues, implement engineering changes and process improvements, and assist shop-floor and purchasing activities.
