YOUR TASKS:
Responsible for complete satisfaction of all customers in assigned territories/industries, as well as acquiring new customers mainly in the plastic& chemical industry. Also responsible for achieving established company goals for selling feeder, components and relevant small system while acting in accordance with established policies. Further responsible for generating standard quotations, recap and documentations incorporating companies’ range of material handling equipment.
· Directly service existing customers and acquire new customers. Ensure timely follow-up on all leads that are generated for respective territories and key accounts
· Forecast sales volume and manage all activities in assigned territories/industries
· Advising customers on technical inquiries and presenting products and innovations to customers
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products in EEP business unit, policies and goals
· Directly participate and formulate market penetration plan in assigned territory/industry
· Ensure accuracy of quotations - equipment selection, pricing and commercial terms
· Responsible for purchase order, recap and contract documents input to the factory and follow up as project manager
· Review all contracts for acceptance and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
· Participate in trade shows and sales seminars for reps and customers
· Assist in collection of past due accounts
· Closely monitor status of outstanding quotations and develop/implement strategy for closing the order
YOUR PROFILE:
· More than 5 years of commercial and technical experience in the plastic& chemical industry in European or American multinationals, mainly in the plastic& chemical processingindustry and sound knowledge of bulk solids handling, especially feeding and conveying, as well as excellent understanding of the relevant norms and equipment specifications for the plastic& chemical.
· Bachelor degree major in mechanical, engineering, process engineering or technical sales
· Background in bulk powder material handling, process components (rotary valves), process controls or weighing
· Have experience to manage reps/agents/dealers is a plus
· Customer-oriented personality with strong verbal and written communication, argumentation and presentation skills
· Knowledge of selling process; marketing techniques, plastic& chemical, chemical and pharmaceutical process industries
· Must be PC proficient with Windows and networked systems
· Able to efficiently work and communicate in English
· Willingness to travel within China to acquire new customers in the plastic& chemical industry and for promoting our products and services
· Flexibility and willingness to take on responsibility
