Job DescriptionStrategy
- Evaluate and report market trends
- Capture customer voice and competitor information
- Customer retention/addition
- Supports the Local Division Director and Local Business Head in strategy formulation
- Strategy implementation
Business
- Creation of business plan
- Review and monitor the sales performance
- Responsible for achieving the regional business plan- Sales, Order booking, Account receivable
Key account management
- Identified regional accounts (value, volume, future potential, reference etc.) direct management.
- Leading the complete sales process for the assigned accounts
- Drives customer satisfaction, account retention and increase in business share/wallet share
Sales team management and mentoring
- Active participation in recruitment, on-boarding, and retention of sales team
- Define team KRAs aligned to Division strategy
- Structured Review and feedback for continuous growth
- Identify the competency gaps, development needs and share the same with Local HR partner
Data transparency and reporting
- Monitoring the CRM database - potential, contacts, visit reports, offers, order loss analysis, opportunities, leads etc.

- Understanding of production processes
