The main role for this position is to expand Thales’s data security solution portfolio (Data Access Monitoring, File Access Monitoring, Encryption, Key Management, and other related solutions) to Thales strategic 40 accounts which are consisted of Japanese enterprise companies.
Skilled business development sales manager is required to introduce our data security solutions to the targeted accounts which handle High confidential data, Credit card data, and Individual private data etc.
The high touch sales and hunter type of sales attitude are required.
Expected to lead and develop the data security market with customers and deliver the consistent revenue performance and growth according to assigned quarterly sales quota.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Build a business plan with the customers and gain Executive commitment to move forward
- Build an assigned account plans and perform quarterly reviews with the sales executive management.
Qualification Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree required
Experience:
- Working experience in cyber security business industry.
- Experience in direct sales.
- Experience in working at or with major System Integrators (NTT Data, NEC, Hitachi, Fujitsu, NRI etc.)
Skills:
- Native Japanese language and due to the nature of the work, business level English language skills is necessary.
- Strong direct sales skills to penetrate the targeted accounts.
- Open doors and develop relationship using internal & external resources.
- Ability to find and approach the stakeholders within the assigned accounts.
- Discover and explore client needs to drive the revenue with targeted solutions.
- Understanding of decision-making process, operational model, overall business strategies, commercial flows etc. for the targeted accounts.
- Strong communication/ presentation skills with all levels (working level to senior management level).
- Relationship management with the senior management level as a trusted partner.
- Business planning skills and proven ability to execute and deliver on a defined plan,
- Ability to thrive under pressure and to perform job functions independently with limited supervision.
