We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales performance and team growth across multiple academies. You will be responsible for hitting enrollment and revenue targets, guiding Area Managers, and ensuring smooth collaboration with central teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own regional sales performance: Drive enrollment and revenue targets across all academies by setting sales goals, monitoring funnel metrics, and ensuring effective sales execution.
- Lead and coach Area Managers: Develop sales capabilities across the region through structured coaching, performance reviews, and ensuring consistent sales practices at the academy level.
- Align sales operations with central teams: Collaborate with Marketing, Curriculum, and Operations to ensure lead flow, product-market fit, and capacity planning support local sales success.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales or commercial experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Good understanding of sales funnels and performance metrics.
- Able to work well with cross-functional teams.
