 How You Will Make an Impact:

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for sales and maintaining relationships with customers whose corporate offices are in the area they are assigned to. Sales Representatives utilize effective sales techniques and dedication to drive sustainable financial growth by forging strong relationships with our customers within their designated region.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Drives revenue generation from accounts in assigned area.
  • Develops a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains contracts and pricing for assigned accounts.
  • Develops and maintains all client relations at assigned accounts.
  • Works with Regional Sales Representatives to ensure complete account coverage.
  • Conducts research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arranges business meeting with prospective clients.
  • Promotes products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Consults with Operations to understand all areas of customer service.
  • Communicates all billing, customer service industry, safety issues, repair needs, etc.
  • Keeps accurate and detailed records of sales, revenue, invoices, and travel expenses.
  • Provides trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Builds long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Actively participate in all required training and safety meetings.
  • Immediately report all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
  • Abide by all policies and procedures.
  • Assist with any task required by the direct supervisor.

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, clients, and management.
  • Requires a strong sense of time management and planning skills.
  • Requires regular out-of-town travel for work.
  • Must be able to work alone or lead a team as necessary.
  • Must treat everyone equally with respect and dignity.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to work legally in the US.
  • Pass a drug screening.
  • Clean motor vehicle record.
