Job Description:
Reporting to Territory Head - Central this position is responsible to implement sales strategies and plans to grow the business and agency size in line with company objective. Maintain and strengthen existing agency team on assigned area based on each development need including:
- Identify issues and sales support requirements to agency force and addresses them accordingly.
- Enforces the implementation of sales practices & standards.
- Manages and collaborate with team of highly independent agents to ensure sales targets are met.
- Liaise with other function internally to ensure all business acquisition is smooth.
- Provide timely and analyze Sales Activity Report.
