Pulsafeeder is on the verge of wide-ranging product innovation, and is seeking to build out its sales team to position itself for scalable growth.
Position description:
The Regional Sales Manager’s core responsibility is to drive growth (orders, sales, and margin) primarily through the distribution channel for assigned territory. The successfully candidate will accomplish this by leveraging existing tools and processes to garner mindshare with the channel, provide access to and conduct training, guide and hold distributors accountable for agreed deliverables, and support field efforts to help the channel’s commericail teams to become more effective.
In addition, the qualified candidate will assist in identifying and creating new programs and process improvements, and use data analytics to support intelligent decision making internally and with the channel.
This individual will report to the Channel Sales Director and will have tremendous visibility within Pulsafeeder. He/she will work closely with the Sales team, Product Line Managers, Applications Engineers, and Project Managers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support distributors in the development of annual growth plans

Agree on key deliverables and hold distributors accountable with regular (quarterly) scorecard reviews

Maintain and communicate an accurate forecast of sales activity within area of sales responsibility

Gather voice of customer to provide critical inputs to program development and NPD

Manage and mitigate any channel conflict

Support distributor and company training and trade show events as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field preferred

3 to 5 years of sales experience

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $94,600.00 - $141,800.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
