Mission and key priorities of the role

The Regional Sales Manager will actively sell company products and services through personal and telephone contact to prospective and established customers while supplying information on all available services, supplies, prices, and new products to always meet or exceed the established sales goals.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Meet or exceed budgeted sales goals.
  • Monitor competitive activity and trends in established territory providing management with key sales information in a timely manner.
  • Respond to inquiries from the field in a timely fashion with pricing information, catalogues, credit applications and other materials.
  • Process sales quotations, follow-up on open quotes and prepare formal quotes/confirmed sales orders.
  • Enter and manage all opportunities and opportunity driven by data through the use of CRM on a weekly basis.
  • Support customer through the collection of detailed information, samples and resolution follow up.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted safely and within the safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Area Sales Manager and VP of Sales.

Who are we looking for:

  • Associate degree in business or related field: Bachelor’s degree desirable.
  • 5 or more years of progressive sales experience.
  • A thorough knowledge of the industry.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel overnight up to 30% of the time.
  • Excellent visual-spatial ability
  • Exhibit high level of professionalism and tact in difficult situations.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient on Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to learn and use Acucote part of Fedrigoni Self-adhesive’s operating system, specifically, Acucote part of Fedrigoni Self-adhesive’s CRM system.
  • Ability to understand all safety requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, an understand English used in the workplace.
