Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting revenue and gross margin targets for territory; contribute managing SG&A of region
- Individual value of order responsibilities often exceeds $500,000 and is key to delivering business financial goals with respective territory target of greater than $5M.
- Manage global aspects of Strategic Partner Accounts
- Develop and execute on overall territory strategy ensuring effective product introduction
- Manages sales channel to ensure customer reach as well as comprehensive representation of all product lines; coordinates service strategy with management of Technical Service while maintaining ownership of account relationship
- Managing commercial opportunities for indirect and direct accounts within assigned territory covering lead qualification, sales presentations, demonstrations, quotations, closing sales and ongoing customer relationship management
- Manage customer activities within established processes in Customer Relationship Management system
- Constitute a strong voice of customer to broader organization who identifies and drive process changes
- Works based on objectives and exercises broad judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and ensuring customer commitments are met
- Other duties may be assigned as required
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in managing sales channel and direct sales for capital equipment required
- Require +5 years’ experience in a commercial role with demonstrated history of successful customer negotiations based on creative problem-solving using value added sales techniques; experience from the electronic industry preferred
- Experience from the electronic industry preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Require history of self-motivated team player

Compensation
Salary/hourly range for this position is: $90,000 to $134,000 annually/ per hour.
The base pay range for this job level is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, business considerations, and local market conditions, as well as candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, and skills
