Job Description

What You Will Do With Us

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of wireless industry solutions (business segments), applications, customer types, services and products
  • Submit an initial Business Plan to the VP of Sales & Programs to focus initial efforts, generate early Revenues, and ways to achieve the goal of establishing Talley LLC within Canada
  • Identify new business leads and manage wireless prospects to generate early sales revenue
  • Responsible for sales revenue by developing and executing field call and call-out strategy to wireless accounts and ultimately make them a long-term customer
  • Proactively prepare for future wireless selling opportunities with pricing and inventory requirements, Negotiate pricing with vendors
  • Identify and report to sales team on wireless market behavior and competitive trends
  • Submit annual Business Plan quarterly updates to the VP of Sales & Programs to review and track the success of the Business Plan, and recommend, then implement, changes necessary to achieve the goal of establishing Talley LLC within Canada
  • Review credit history of customers and recommend changes to credit terms and limits
  • Identify and contact target accounts on a regular basis with a prepared agenda
  • Analyze order history, sales numbers, Open Quotes and Open Orders and adjust strategy as necessary to maximize the Order pipeline build national account and key account revenue across Canada
  • Know the customer’s current business and projects
  • Review prospect products, services, primary customers, locations
  • Contact subject matter experts when necessary to service leads
  • Participate In company sponsored events as assigned
  • Complete product and process training as assigned
  • Review and update pricing as required
  • Maintain updated contact information

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skill, Education, and Experience Required:

  • Minimum High School Education required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Field Sales experience (at least five years) preferred
  • Wireless Industry experience (at least one year) preferred
  • Wireless Product Application experience preferred
  • Intermediate MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  • Dynamic interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
