The Imagine team is a growing company, and we are inviting a motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our talented team! The Regional Sales Manager must be able to confidently present and sell products and services to prospective Imagine clients. This position is responsible for achieving revenue goals and directly contributing to the company’s overall growth.

Essential Duties 

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
  • Use of a web-based sales CRM and/or corporate KPI tool(s) to conduct sales functions and log sales activities, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals/quotas
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from corporate or self-initiated activities
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
  • Learn to demonstrate Company software products and services
  • Identify and resolve client concerns
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate Company staff.
  • Participate in marketing events such as national, regional, or state chapter trade shows and conferences.

 

Education and/or Experience Needed 

  • 4-year College Degree
  • Minimum of 10-years’ sales experience in selling Practice Management Systems or similar application software to the healthcare industry.

 

Qualifications You Must Have 

  • Demonstrated successful experience in selling high dollar, complex sales with a 6-12 month sales cycle, specifically in medical software
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Strong skills in use of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong cold calling skills that can assist in pipeline building
  • Must have experience in working from a home office environment
  • Must demonstrate a strong work ethic working in a home-office environment
  • Must have strong prospecting skills to continually build a pipeline and close business
  • Must have strong demonstration and presentation skills
  • Must be a self-starter with a successful track record of meeting assigned objectives
  • Must exhibit high business ethics and honesty in selling
  • Must exhibit strong application demonstration skills to make one-on-one product demonstrations

Skills Required
