Job Description:Broadcom Inc has an opening for a Field Sales Engineer (FSE) to drive demand creation and revenue goals for Optocouplers, LEDs, Industrial Fiber, Motion Control Encoder and Automotive Ethernet products across the Eastern United States. The location for this position is NC or PA. The FSE will be responsible for cultivating new and existing customers in NC, SC, GA, VA, MD, DE, PA, NJ, and NY. The FSE’s responsibilities will include:
• Leading the design-in of Broadcom’s Optocouplers, LEDs, Sensors, Industrial Fiber, Encoders and Automotive Ethernet products at Tier 1 & 2 customers
• Delivering superior revenue results that have a company-wide impact
• Working jointly with Sales Management, R&D and Applications Engineering to resolve business & technical hurdles during the sales cycle
• Identifying trends and growth drivers in the Industrial, Automotive, Robotic and Medical market spaces to assist Broadcom in new product definition
• Collaborate with distributors to expand the customer base and increase our footprint at targeted customers and in adjacent end markets
Experience/Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant year's experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.

Compensation and Benefits
The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD 154,700.00 To USD 247,500.00
OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents and salary. In addition, as a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible to receive a competitive new hire equity grant and annual equity awards, directly connecting your success to the company's growth. All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements.
