Thales is hiring an experience Regional Sales Manager for the Cyber Security Products (CSP) team you will promote and position Thales’ robust product portfolio Data Security products and solutions into enterprise accounts across the Southeast Region.  Your success in this endeavor will be in conjunction with our value added partner community.

Key Area of Responsibility

  • Responsible for managing an install base of existing customers focused on our Data Protection Suite of Products

  • Act proactively to detect and create opportunities, identify and acquire potential customers directly or with Value Added Reseller (VAR), Advisory Partners and ISV channels

  • Responsible for driving net new revenue within their territory/region of install base accounts and exceeding quota

  • Work collaboratively with your peers on the Southeast Team as well as your colleagues to facilitate a positive team environment

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or another related field of study or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of quota carrying account management experience selling complex Cybersecurity solution

  • Drive achievement of sales objectives including sales volume, channel development and management, new business development and management and management of existing revenue streams

  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue streams

  • The ability to create and maintain good relationships with senior managers and C-Level executives

  • Conversational with of Data Protection Regulations, such as PCI, SOX, HIPAA, DORA, NYDFS, AI, etc

  • Ability to manage time effectively to optimize productivity

  • Proven ability in Storytelling and excellent presentation skills

  • Previous experience working with Microsoft Office, SalesForce.com and MEDDPICC

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between


Total Target Cash (TTC) 220,000.00 - 375,000.00 USD Annual
