About the role Job SummaryThe Lead Key Account Manager is responsible for generating and converting enquiries into profitable orders within the allocated territory
To develop the growth plan for his own area for spares, retrofit, repair and brand-x business opportunities.
Plan customer visits, ensure main customers are efficiently looked after, generate business enquiries to meet growth plan.
Create business opportunities by increasing customer interaction through productive face time with customers.
Registration of enquiries in CRM and managing the opportunities till they are converted into order.
Order intake budget planning and implementation of the same to achieve the target. KPI – Order intake RFC (Monthly, Quarterly, H1 & Full Year) with Bud. Margin, RFQ generation – 1.6 times of OI Bud.
Support and ensure Zonal (Chennai, Orissa & Kolkata) RFC and performance achievement.

Skills Required
