Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager oversees sales performance, revenue growth, and strategic territory execution across the West Coast region. This role leads a team of 1–4 Area Sales Representatives and is responsible for developing talent, driving market strategy, and ensuring consistent, high quality sales execution.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic planning with active field engagement. The ideal candidate is a strong developer of people, a strategic thinker, and an experienced sales leader who thrives in a fast paced, mission critical environment.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and develop Area Sales Representatives to achieve territory and revenue goals.
Set clear expectations around performance, pipeline management, and territory execution.
Support teams with strategic account planning, opportunity advancement, and prioritization.
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Sales Execution & Regional Growth
Drive regional revenue growth through effective territory planning and field engagement.
Strengthen the sales pipeline by supporting opportunity development and advancing deals through the cycle.
Maintain strong executive relationships with key clients to ensure long-term growth and retention.
Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless service and exceptional customer experience.
Operations & Performance Management
Monitor regional performance using KPIs, activity reporting, and pipeline analytics.
Ensure CRM accuracy and consistent pipeline categorization across the team.
Provide leadership with insights into regional trends, wins, and opportunities.
Apply a process driven approach while adapting strategies to market needs and business priorities.
Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of sales leadership or related experience.
Strong communicator skilled at building relationships and influencing at all levels.
Proven ability to coach and develop high performing sales talent.
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) required.
Demonstrated success managing pipelines and exceeding revenue targets.
Experience selling premium, value-based services.
Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
Effective cross functional collaborator.
Resilient, adaptable, and solution-oriented in fast paced environments.
Creative problem solver with strategic thinking skills.

Compensation
Base Salary: $90,000 + (experience & location dependent)
Uncapped commission plan
$1,000 monthly car allowance

Physical Requirements
This role includes office work, field visits, and regional travel. It requires the ability to communicate effectively, work at a computer, conduct in person meetings, travel by vehicle and occasionally by air, and lift up to 20 lbs. when needed during events or travel.
