Review/ Assess & Promote incoming Manager Candidates
Review validation standards Retention and Engagement of Current Advisors/FM
Movement and Development of NBO Structure in your care.
Support Cluster Events and Activities & Projects.
Follow through on interventions designed to promote active advisors
Disseminate, Educate, and Enlighten, others with information given
Provide Direction/instructions (activity tips, market updates, product strategies)
Create inspiration (motivation materials)
Follow through on interventions to increase and sustain growth via excellence metrics (MDRT, Macaulay Club, Quarterly Medallion)
Disseminate, Educate, and Enlighten, others with information given
Give instructions (activity tips, market updates, product strategies)
Create inspiration (best practices, motivation materials)
Follow through on interventions to increase sustainability of agency business model via expansion
Disseminate, Educate, and Enlighten, others with information given
