Job Description

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager, Philadelphia Area

This role is dedicated to promoting and supporting the sales and education of Axis Communications products, solutions, and services in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas. The Regional Sales Manager will engage integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users, delivering expert knowledge to optimize the use of network cameras, analytics, access control, IP audio, and video management software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and educate clients on the benefits of IP Video and Axis cameras.
  • Build and maintain proactive relationships with both potential and existing customers.
  • Schedule and lead product demonstrations, presentations, and educational events.
  • Collaborate with Axis Communications’ Application Development Partners.
  • Qualify prospects to prioritize time effectively.
  • Advise on camera solutions and provide product comparisons.
  • Encourage enrollment in Axis partner programs.
  • Participate actively in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars, and sales activities.
  • Stay informed on industry developments.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports on new and ongoing projects.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 20-50 lbs frequently, with occasional heavier lifts.
  • 50%-70% travel required.

Compensation: The target salary range is $127,000 to $145,000 OTE (depending on location, education, and experience).
