TP-Link is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager (North Central) for US Headquarters (Ideal candidates from Minnesota or Chicago, IL)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

A Regional Sales Manager is accountable for achieving the regional sales and profitability goals for his/her specific territory. Along with this, the RSM must also combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset. Ultimately, the RSM ensures that the region meets and exceeds expectations of TP-Link business objectives and contribute to our company's success in the long run.

WHAT YOUR FUTURE LOOKS LIKE:

  • Achieve the Region's Revenue and profitability for TP-Link Products as they are sold into all TP-Link B2B Channel within Region. Established an environment and foundation for future sales growth.
  • Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions. Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
  • Efficiently manages the regionals multiple relationships, while working in conjunction with the other TP-Link business teams and TP-Link Partner Program, to ensure attention and growth with focus accounts.
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identifying trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
  • Special Projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience: Networking industry or related industry preferred
  • Minimum 2 years college
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Based in specified region
  • Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Working Knowledge of B2B Market segment within an assigned sales territory
  • Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position
  • Strong closing skills, with proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills
  • Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers
  • Familiarity in measuring and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and CRM
  • Manage and follow a consistent travel schedule

Benefits

Salary: $90K-100K DOE plus Bonus/Commission
