Position Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth and providing account customer service throughout their territory by achieving key sales metrics prescribed by the Market President.
Essential Functions:
- Guide growth opportunities throughout territory for both in-person and telehealth services (minimum 10 qualified centers quarterly)
- Drive revenue growth, both short- and long-term, through sales and operational efforts
- Make phone calls or conduct in-person/virtual meetings with customers
- Maintain existing caseload saturation above 30% throughout assigned territory
- Manage accounts and relationships with key partners
- Develop sales and marketing initiatives that positively impact growth
- Organize data and details used in CRM tools and marketing databases
- Prospect, market, and conduct sales calls to SNFs, ALFs, and chain headquarters
- Prepare marketing materials and sales presentations
- Conduct meetings, demos, and webinars for SNF clients (existing and new)
- Promote and sell MediTelcareGo! platform to current SNF customers
- Customer Retention and Service:
- Conduct calls and engagement activities, documenting in CRM
- Attend SNF meetings and represent the company
- Travel up to 70% for customer engagement, presentations, and closing deals
- Meet performance metrics set by the CEO
Education, Experience, and Licensing:
- Minimum college degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years in a healthcare setting (skilled nursing preferred)
- 3–5+ years in multi-state sales with success in securing large contracts
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience using online healthcare tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA/PHI compliance)
- Strong commitment to high-level customer service and communication
- Ability to embrace a culture of caring and kindness
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
- Dedicated home office meeting HIPAA standards
- Reliable internet connection
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel up to 70% across multiple states
- Physical ability to stand, walk, type, and perform related tasks
- Ability to sit for long periods (travel and administrative tasks)
- Possible exposure to bodily fluids, infectious diseases, and cleaning chemicals
