Your Impact
We’re looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the Midwest, strengthening relationships with integrators, distributors, and end users. What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and close new business opportunities with integrators, distributors, consultants, and end users.
- Deliver engaging presentations and demos showcasing Comnet’s networking solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure tailored customer solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reporting.
- Represent Comnet by Acre Security at key industry events and build long-term customer partnerships.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial networking or infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Ethernet, fiber optics, PoE, and wireless technologies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally (up to 50%) to meet clients and attend events.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Background in industrial automation or related fields is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
