- 5-10 years of sales experience in industrial products or capital equipment
- 3-5 years of experience leading sales teams
- Strong experience in HVAC, capital goods, pumps, heat exchangers, cooling towers, or industrial equipment
- Proven record of achieving sales and business growth targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strong presentation, networking, and selling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Willingness to travel across Karnataka as required
