With our Purpose in mind, McCain Foods SA is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the Inland region, who will be responsible for leading a team of business development representatives to develop the McCain business through professional engagement with end users.
How will You add value.
- Drive regional sales in volume and value.
- Manage and develop customer relationships with distributors and end users.
- Plan, direct and co-ordinate sales, for the region, by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
- Analyse sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
- Drive the IO Route to Market Strategy,
- Manage and Maintain Forecast for the Region
- Assist with Innovation and New Product Implementation
About You.
- Relevant Degree in the Commercial Field.
- Five years proven sales experience in an FMCG environment with 3 - 5 years management experience.
- In possession of a valid Drivers License
- Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organizations goals.
- Demonstrate strong negotiations skills.
- Ability to build Strong Customer relationships and deliver customer centric solutions.
- Make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.
- Consistently drive results even under tough circumstances.
- Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
- Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.
