Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual territory growth plans, including sales forecasts and performance targets
- Strengthen and expand relationships with independent sales representatives and distribution partners
- Ensure consistent and effective market coverage across assigned geographies
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to drive profitable growth
- Support territory performance initiatives to maximize effectiveness
- Collaborate with applications engineering, national accounts, and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs
- Contribute to sales presentations, business reviews, and contract negotiations
- Maintain strong awareness of market trends, competitive activity, and customer dynamics
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to support strategic initiatives
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of short- and long-term opportunities
- Represent Twin City Fan at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Travel 30–50% within assigned territories
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent sales experience
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably within commercial construction or technical sales
- Experience working with independent representative networks
- Territory sales management experience
- CRM experience preferred
- Strong collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills

As a Regional Sales Manager you will be offered pay of $95,000-$120,000 dependent on experience. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus tied to overall performance of the organization.
