Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt and secure new logos/net new customers for BigFix.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive sales and expand the footprint.
- Engage at all levels within client and partner organizations to grow market share.
- Act as a complex deal coach and executive sponsor for key opportunities.
- Deliver executive-level presentations, demos, and value-based proposals.
- Maintain deep knowledge of competitors and market trends to win competitive deals.
- Represent BigFix at industry conferences and user group events.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas for software, services, and renewals.
- Maintain strong customer retention and add new logos annually.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in enterprise software sales, with knowledge of Endpoint Security.
- Proven ability to build strong senior customer relationships and establish trust.
- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge to align customer needs with BigFix solutions.
- Familiarity with the assigned territory, relevant industries, clients, and partners.
- Knowledge of Endpoint Security tools (Tanium, CarbonBlack, McAfee, Symantec, CrowdStrike, Cyberreason, etc.).
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level discussions.
- Proficiency in local language to effectively engage clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
