Job Description

Your role                                                                                                                            

To further strengthen our sales team in Germany, we are looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager who will take ownership of the Eastern region of Germany. You will join a well-established team of Regional Sales Managers consisting of Lore (West Germany), Steve (South Germany), and Michael (Head of Sales Germany).

You won’t be starting from scratch, as there is already an existing customer base in place. At the same time, you will actively continue to identify and develop new business opportunities.

In this role, you own the commercial success of your region. You translate our strong product portfolio into long-term partnerships and make Locinox the go-to choice for every project.

  • Take full ownership of revenue and growth within your region after a strong onboarding at our Belgian HQ
  • Grow existing accounts and actively open new ones through trust, expertise and proactive follow-up
  • Spend time in the field: visiting customers, organizing product trainings, and supporting successful product launches
  • Engage with architects, specifiers and consultants early in the process to ensure Locinox solutions are included in specifications
  • Manage the full sales cycle together with an inside sales colleague and report to the Head of Sales Germany
  • Build a structured pipeline, share market insights and track your performance closely

 

Qualifications

What you bring

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B field sales experience, ideally in a technical or industrial environment (e.g. fencing, automation, building hardware or access control)
  • Strong understanding of specifications and standards; you’re comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM systems is a given and a good command of English is essential.
  • Experience in working with (or prescribing to) architects is a plus.
  • A true relationship builder: you combine trust with commercial drive
  • Self-driven, well-structured and confident in owning your region
