As they broaden their commercial footprint in the region, they are bringing on a Regional Sales Manager based in Kenya to champion growth across East Africa.
What You Will Do
Own and deliver annual revenue targets across training and solutions portfolios.
Build and maintain a strong regional pipeline with consistent monthly activity.
Drive short-term wins and long-term strategic account growth.
Lead and mentor country-level sales representatives (across Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania).
Set KPIs, expectations, and weekly performance rhythms.
Support onboarding and capability-building for future commercial hires.
Act as the senior regional representative for our partner.
Build and engage C-suite networks, presenting training programs and enterprise solutions.
Lead negotiations and close high-value enterprise deals.
Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies for key regions.
Maintain strong market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
Ensure cohesive coordination between Training and Solutions teams.
Provide Directors with updates on revenue, pipeline, forecasting, and market trends.
Ensure disciplined CRM usage and accurate reporting.
Prepare monthly and quarterly regional business reviews.
Requirements
About You
You have 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or commercial leadership (ICT or training/solutions preferred).
You have a relevant Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
You have proven leadership skills and the ability to guide and develop sales teams.
You have experience selling to senior executives or C-level decision-makers.
You have a track record of managing or contributing to portfolios worth USD 2M+ annually (added advantage).
You have a strong executive presence and communicate with confidence.
You have the ability to manage regional travel and multi-country responsibilities.
You have strong planning, analytical, and reporting skills.
You have high personal drive, discipline, and ownership.
