Job Description- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute regional sales strategies tailored to traditional trade channels, focusing on increasing market share and driving sales growth across the region.
- Distributor & Retailer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and traditional retailers. Monitor and support distributor performance to ensure product availability, merchandising, and adherence to sales targets.
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales performance in the region by setting and meeting sales targets, tracking progress, and implementing corrective actions where needed to meet business objectives.
- Product Launch & Promotion: Coordinate with marketing teams to launch new home appliance products and promotional campaigns effectively in traditional retail outlets. Ensure that promotional activities are executed to maximize sales and brand visibility.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to adjust strategies and report on performance metrics, sales forecasts, and market developments to senior management.
- Training & Development: Train and support distributors, wholesalers, and retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards. Ensure that the sales team is well-equipped to represent the brand effectively in traditional trade channels.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Work closely with distributors to manage stock levels and ensure that products are readily available in the market. Monitor stock movements and collaborate on timely reorders to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers in traditional retail outlets, ensuring customer loyalty and consistent business growth. Act as the primary point of contact for key customers and distributors in the region.
- Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts for the region based on market insights and historical data. Adjust plans to ensure consistent supply and demand alignment.
- Feedback & Insights: Gather customer feedback and insights from the field, reporting back to the company to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
- Regional Budget Management: Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and investment in key markets for maximum return on investment.
