How you will make a difference:

  • Identify the right opportunities from leads – through a combination of Discovery Due Diligence, Account and Engagement Planning
  • Gain traction in Account Based Selling strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Alliances , Sales Leadership, and Channel Partnerships.
  • Own and control the sales process for each opportunity – combining internal / external stakeholder management, attention to detail, critical thinking and solution influencing leveraging the Safeguard Way structure
  • Using Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track contacts, accounts and generate new opportunities, focused on identifying and developing new accounts in the middle enterprise market space
  • Effectively managing pipeline including generating analysis and reports for management team
  • Developing a deep understanding of your prospects business goals, competition, growth plans and obstacles. Implementing sales & pipeline building market strategies.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with executives and key decision makers in Mid Enterprises.
  • Handling objections from potential sales opportunities

What will give you an advantage:

  • 8 years proven experience working within new business sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the DACH payroll and HR industry preferred
  • Experience and awareness of the DACH Workday and Workday Ecosystem
  • Languages including business and spoken German
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills that allow you to manage your own time effectively and work to tight deadlines with an eye for detail and a calm approach when under pressure
  • Tenacious, hungry, competitive in nature with the Desire to be part of and contribute to the success of a fast-growing organization
  • Excellent Communicator both written and verbal, you know what to say and more importantly, how and when to say it
  • A confident negotiator and influencer, liaising with C-Level Executives.
  • Ability to use CRM and other on-line tools effectively
  • One week a month travel expectation plus Workday Rising EMEA Each Year
